Super simple snippet this time. After watching Devon from Make Anything’s video on the dual pendulum he has hanging on his wall I was inspired to play with some CSS. I just wanted to see/confirm my ideas on how CSS transforms compound with children. The snippet is small. Both parts of the bar use the same transform animation but because they move relative to each other the second bar seems to move much more than the first because it’s transform-origin is also in motion. Check it out, see what you can make with this starting idea. Can you give it better timing to make it more realistic?
